Best for Training is offering this Qfqual Accredited EPA qualification as a distance course for independent EPA assessors, employed by an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) and are currently undertaking end point assessments. This distance learning model has been approved by the awarding organisation, Highfield.
This qualification is designed for Independent End Point Assessors who are employed by EPAOs. This allows occupationally competent staff to gain an Ofqual recognised independent assessor qualification. Depending on the apprenticeship standard, this can be a sufficient assessor qualification. However, if the assessment plan states that a full assessors qualification is required, then we offer this too.
The distance option has been designed to support independent EPA assessors to gain a recognised Ofqual qualification to recognise their skills and knowledge in undertaking end point assessments. It will also support new independent assessors to gain further understanding and knowledge about end point assessment processes. It also provides excellent CPD for your EPA assessment team.
If your new staff members are yet to begin carrying out EPAs, you should consider our online Teams training which can be completed before beginning work as an EPA independent assessor.
