This 3 hour CPD Counselling workshop focuses on recognising stress and anxiety in young people.

Our course is run by a qualified counsellor and teacher with extensive experience of working with children and young people who are experiencing severe stress and anxiety.

Sadly, research has shown that UK children are among the most stressed in Europe. This workshop will help staff identify the signs of stress and an anxiety and give practical ways to support  children and young people who are anxious and stressed.
