Very well constructed content, delivered in a relaxed and friendly manner. This is an essential assessors course. Unlike many other providers, the content is engaging and develops the learner by integrating existing practice procedures and embeds new procedures and policies in that knowledge. I have no difficulty recommending this provider.

Having attended a training day on 03/07/2018 I was able to understand the End Point Assessor role in more detail along with the processes. This day consisted of group exercises, observing role plays and participating in role plays.
Following this Day I felt more confident during the following days as I was able to explain to newer learners on courses what to expect from the EPA process.
