Booking and Cancellation Policy

Courses for Individuals

Once a payment has been made you will be enrolled on the course you have selected. At this point the enrolment is confirmed and your place is secure.

If you wish to cancel your enrolment you must email contact@bestfortraining.co.uk

The following refund policy will apply from the date of your email:

Cancellation period Refund due
Less than two months before training start date No refund
Two to three months before training start date 50% refund
More than three months before training start date 100% refund

In exceptional circumstances you can request a refund or an alternative training date but it is at Best for Training’s discretion to offer an alternative date or issue part or full refunds in this instance.

Once you have started a course no refund will be possible.

In the unlikely event of Best for Training cancelling a training event you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Adverse weather conditions

If the venue remains open the training event will be held, and no refunds will be offered. If the venue closes, the training event will be cancelled, and you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Best for Training will do their best to contact all learners if an event is cancelled, but learners are advised to always contact the venue in adverse weather to check if it’s open before leaving home.

Additional information

  • If you request a transfer to another training event, you will be required to pay a transfer fee of £50.
  • If you have booked and paid via Reed Courses you will be also entitled to a full refund from 14 days from booking and paying for your course.

Training for Organisations

Once a booking has been agreed, an invoice will be emailed to the organisation for payment within 30 days from invoice date or in advance of the training date, whichever is sooner. All cancellations must be received via email to  contact@bestfortraining.co.uk

If the event is cancelled the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation period Refund due
Less than one month before the event No refund – full payment due
One to two months before the event 50% refund- 50% payment due
Two to three months before the event 75% refund- 25% payment due
More than three months before the event 100% refund – no payment due

If an organisation wishes to postpone training or change the date then this will be considered on an individual basis. However, we will do our best to accommodate any changes. If this is not possible then the cancellation policy will apply.

In the unlikely event of Best for Training cancelling a training event you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Best for Training cannot be held accountable for any organisational costs for cancelled training.
